INFOGRAPHICS: ENTERTAINING AND EDUCATIONAL

Hello everyone! Welcome again. I hope you are having a great day. Today I am going to talk about infographics ( the picture above) and plagiarism.

I created this infographic using Canva. There were a lot of templates, but I chose this one because I like it. We actually see a lot of infographics in our daily lives. In brochures, in our lessons, in books, on websites,... Infographics are useful in terms of summarizing a long text. For example, my infographic gives the information of this text: TEXT. If you read the whole text, you will realize that by looking at the infographic above you can understand what the text talks about. While creating it, first I chose my topic. Then, I decided on my subtitles. I wrote little texts that summarized the information for each subtitle and chose images that fit my texts. I gave references about where I took the information and template from. It was not that difficult actually, I think the website was easy to use ( It is not a paid partnership, I share what I experienced). How can it be helpful in classes? My infographic summarizes the 650-word text I mentioned before. It is easy to look into the infographic rather than reading a 650-word text. It saves time and it is not boring.

So, this post shows you how can infographics be useful in classes. I hope I could help you with it. Have a great day. See you next time.
